By  @starinfinitefood . 1)Salmon Sunday with herbed CHIMICHURRI GNOCCHI-ED: Crispy Salmon 🐟 roasted Brussels (tossed in garlic, coconut oil and coconut aminos), roasted tomatoes on the vine and gnocchi (tossed in olive or avocado oil and baked in cast iron on 450 for about 25 minutes (shake pan every few 8 minutes or so). Chimichurri: 1 head of cilantro, one head parsley, 1 cup kale, 1 handful basil, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon coconut aminos, 2 shakes red pepper flakes, juice from 1/2 lemon squeezed, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4-1/3 cup olive oil. Gluten free vs. Gluten free. Which side are you? 🤔 — Great post and ideas by my friend  @livevitae. — Mother Nature made some pretty cool gluten free products without the packaging, labelling health claims, marketing campaigns. —— These naturally gluten free products (ie veggies) are cheaper, just as easy if not quicker to cook and calorie lighter for those watching their weight! — I am all for including some gluten free products in our food choices. I think the plant protein based food options in this field are great. Occasionally I’ll eat a bowl of chickpea or lentil pasta if I’m really craving it. —— There are so many vegetables out there which could be spiralized. It should not just stop at zucchini. Think beetroot, butternut squash, carrot, sweet potato, potato, parsnip, celeriac etc! —— Think outside the box. And if you think you need fiber from these kind of starchy products such as grain or grain free pasta alternatives you should probably increase your actual plant sources from berries, all the greens, nightshades, fungi and fruits we have. Earlier today I asked on my stories what dietary guidelines you follow. I never expected I would get SO many responses and such thoughtful reasons behind them. Many of you are following low carb and keto diets, lots of you would call yourselves paleo or paleo-ish, some of you avoid nuts or dairy due to allergies and I even have a few vegan followers! If you haven’t weighed in yet, feel free to respond on my story. The reason I asked this today is because my eating habits have been a little erratic lately. I thought I was eating intuitively and finding food freedom, but unfortunately I was ignoring the fact that eating whatever I want negatively effects my autoimmune diseases. In 2019 I want to drill down on a style of eating that makes me feel my best. I am thinking that is some combo of paleo/low carb/whole 30 deal, but that’s just my thoughts. Glad to know that the majority of you are down for those kinds of recipes and have even DMd me sharing that you want to do something similar in 2019 as well! Pizza night 🍕 is the best night Cauliflower crust pizza (I used  @caulipowered crust), fresh tomato basil sauce 🍅🌱, mozzarella 🧀, a couple leftover pepperonis, & prosciutto! I put the prosciutto & spinach/ arugula mix with olive oil on top after I took the pizza out of the oven! This bad boy cooks for around 15-17min (I like that crust crispy 😋) and you’re done! The crust is loaded with protein, plus the cheese/prosciutto for your healthy fats, & then the arugula/spinach on top for your greens; got all the food groups COVERED! And yes I ate the whole things DUH

Ahorita están súper de moda los bowls sobretodo para desayunar pero la realidad es que si no los haces bien no tendrán nada de saludable! Puedes llegar a rebasar tu consumo de azúcar y pueden también llegar a ser bastantes alto en calorías, así que te dejo unos tips para hacerlo correctamente:. •Usa las porciones de fruta adecuadas 🍎🍌🥝🍓... este quizás sea el punto más importante ya que entre más grande el Bowl más fruta suele llevar y aveces se les pasa la mano y te sirven entre 4-5 porciones de fruta cuando en realidad una mujer promedio necesita de 2-3. •Usa leche o yogurt SIN azúcar 🚫está demás decirles que un yogurt comercial puede traer la misma cantidad de azúcar que una nieve, así como lees! 🍦entonces asegúrate que sean libres de ella y de preferencia de soya o de vaca ya que los productos de coco o almendra suelen ser muy bajos en proteína 🤷🏻‍♀️ •Agrega semillas si o si... mantener la cantidad de proteína es muy importante en los bowls ya que te ayuda a sentirte saciadx por más tiempo, y las semillas son una gran opción pero no abuses de ellas ya que alrededor de 100gr contienen entre 350-500 calorías 😶 ➡️Ahora si ya tienes todo lo que necesitas para hacerte tú Bowl correctamente en la mañana 🤗 . . .  #bowl  #recetas  #comidasana  #recetassaludables  #comidareal  #recetassanas comida  #food  #realfood  #comidareal  #nutrition  #nutricion  #tips  #health  #healthy  #healthyfood  #healthybreakfast  #healthylifestyle

We raise our baking chickens in a mobile chicken coop/run that we move between the rows of our wine grape vineyard. Our birds have access to soil, fresh air, sunshine, and fresh forage at all times. Simple and oh so dam delicious and only 5 ingredients. Hello Summer!!!! The base is just straight frozen mango whipped into nice cream and flattened out into a silicone tray (you could use fresh mango & puree it, just freeze for a bit to let that layer set first. Yến mạch, táo, và bột quế 🌾🍎🍂. Nếu có thứ gì lay động lòng em trong những buổi sáng đầu đông thì đó chính là táo và bột quế ấm ấm, thơm thơm đó huhuuu. Nói vậy chứ ở SG hong có mùa đông, dạo này vẫn nóng lắm 😭, nhưng mà táo nấu với bột quế thì ngon thiệtttt đó, mọi người hãy mua bột quế để trong bếp dùng ihh, ngoài nấu với táo thì cũng làm được nhiều món ngon và quế thì có nhiều công dụng có lợi cho sức khoẻ lắm á (nhưng mỗi ngày chỉ nên dùng nhiều nhất từ 1-2 thìa cf thôi nhaa). —————— 🌾 Sáng nay em nấu: 40gr yến mạch đã ngâm từ đêm hôm qua (ym nên dùng lọai nào và tại sao em có thói quen ngâm ym thì mn có thể đọc lại ở đây nha:  #ttsandoats 🤣). Sáng ra trộn đều ym với 1/4 thìa cf bột quế, 1/4 thìa cf tinh bột nghệ (không bắt buộc - em bỏ vào cho đủ combo quế, nghệ - giảm viêm, chống oxi hoá thôi 🤣), 1-2 thìa canh mật ong tuỳ khẩu vị. Đậy lại, bỏ vào lò vi sóng, nhiệt độ trung bình cao, 3 phút (đối với loại rolled oat) hoặc 8 phút (loại steel cut - loại này thì lúc ngâm hoặc lúc nấu nên để nhiều nước nha). Trong lúc đó cắt nhỏ nửa quả táo, trộn với 1/4 thìa cf bột quế, nấu trên chảo chống dính, lửa vừa-cao, có thể đổ thêm một íttt nước lọc, nấu tới khi táo mềm, chuyển sang nàu nâu. Rồi trộn táo với yến mạch ăn chunggg. Hôm nay nhà có cherry nên em bỏ thêm cherry nữa hihihi. 🌾 Nấu bằng nồi thì gia vị cũng y vậy nha. Em thích nấu bằng lvs vì tiện, nhanh, yến mạch nấu xong cấu trúc có vẻ rời rời và đỡ bết bát hơn 🤣. 🌾 Ngoài táo ra thì có thể dùng lê, hoặc kết hợp cả 2!! 💛💛
