Alles waar je de tijd voor neemt je méér van. Zo ook met eten. Behalve dat rustig eten lekkerder is qua smaak, is het ook lekkerder voor je lijf. Want je helpt je spijsvertering een handje. Alleen al door rustig te kauwen zorg je ervoor dat het eten fijner wordt aangeboden aan je spijsverteringskanaal. Daarnaast kan het zich beter voorbereiden op de vertering zelf door de nodige maatregelen te treffen (aanmaken enzymen, zuur etc) die belangrijk zijn voor een gezond metabolisme. Haast je je met eten, is je lichaam er dus nog niet helemaal klaar voor en kan je metabolisme haar werk niet goed doen. Balen dus voor je afslank- of fitheidsdoelen 😅. Ben je daarnaast ook nog eens gestresst tijdens het eten, dan zal je lichaam al helemaal niet aan de slag kunnen gaan met haar voorbereidingen om het “oventje” aan te steken 🔥. Tot slot heb je door rustig aan te doen na het eten een voldaner gevoel. Dit is dus een quick win. Portando, procure sempre um profissional da EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA para ter uma orientação segura em qualquer prática de atividade física. No vídeo com a  @jujunorremose executando o stiff perfeitamente eu também mencionei os 4 erros mais comuns que vejo acontecer nas academias durante os 10 anos que atuo como personal trainer. ERRO 1 ❌- Olhar para frente demasiadamente exercendo pressão na coluna cervical, comprimindo os discos intervertebrais. ERRO 2 ❌- Perder a lordose lombar exercendo pressão nos discos intervertebrais (grande parte da coluna fica redonda formando um único arco). .ERRO 3 ❌- Pressionar o “bumbum” para frente e realizar o encaixe do quadril no final do movimento (retroversão da pelve). .ERRO 4 ❌- Flexionar (dobrar) e estender (esticar) os joelhos durante as repetições no exercício. Isso diminui muito a tensão nas musculaturas alvo e descaracteriza o exercício. . 👍😉✅ Manter as curvaturas fisiológicas da coluna vertebral durante a execução do exercício. Não empurrar o quadril para frente evitando descansar no final do movimento (Relaxamento dos músculos alvo). THREE SIMPLE PULL DAY EXERCISES • • 1. Single lat pulldown- I do one arm at a time so I can focus on activating my lats properly. I imagine my hand has a hook and guide the movement with my elbow. Placing your opposite hand on your lat during the movement may help as well. 2. Biceps curl- keeping the shoulder and upper part of the arm stable are the two biggest things to focus on. Look in the mirror to make sure that your shoulder is not coming forward during the movement. If it is, lower the weight until you are able to full extend and flex the arm without shoulder movement. 3. Lat pulldown- this is similar to what I did in the first video, but I am now using both arms. Once again, my hands are hooks and the movement is guided through the elbow.
