Avocado Salsa Grilled Chicken . "Made this last week, and YUM" - Kim S. {Add FLAVOR to your New Week🔥🌱🍅} . By  @cleanfoodcrush makes 4 servings Ingredients: 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup raw honey 4 fresh cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil sea salt and pepper to your taste 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs.) 4 slices mozzarella, or swiss cheese (optional) 1 large ripe avocado, diced 2 medium tomatoes, diced a small handful of fresh chopped basil, or cilantro . Instructions: In a medium glass bowl whisk the honey, lemon juice, garlic, oil, sea salt and pepper. Add the chicken, combine and coat well. Marinate, refrigerated for about 30 minutes. In a small bowl make the avocado salsa. Add in the diced avocado, tomato, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Heat the grill to medium high heat. Grill the chicken on each side for about 5-6 minutes or until cooked throughout and tender. Immediately top with mozzarella cheese and salsa. Mình sử dụng MyFitnessPal để track những đồ mình ăn thường ngày. . ‼️Có 1 chú ý là khi các bạn track, ví dụ ăn cơm rang: thì không được tìm cơm rang để cho vào. Cách làm là nhìn đồ ăn, nhìn nguyên liệu mình nấu, tách ra là 1 món có dùng cái gì. Giả dụ: 50 gram gạo (sống hay đã nấu?) 2 teaspoon dầu đậu nành 100 gram đùi gà không da (chú ý cái hãng của database, mình hay dùng walmart hoặc wegmans, đây là 2 cái siêu thị phổ biến ở Mỹ) Rau (mình thường ko tính rau, thích ăn bao nhiêu thì ăn. Mình thường ăn 1/4 tới 1-2 bắp cải hàng ngày) ➡️Đại ý là track nguyên liệu, tập phân tích đồ ăn theo chất, chứ ko phải chỉ cho cái tên hihi. . ♎️Hai là mn nên có cái cân điện tử 3kg-5kg trong bếp. VEGAN SNICKER SLICE 🥜🤩✨☁️💫 It’s the perfect treat for the holiday season!! I sourced all my nuts, syrups,  @loving_earth chocolate from  @nakedfoods and would greatly recommend:)) 1️⃣For the base place 1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter, 1 cup of raw cashews, 3 tbs rice malt syrup and 1/2 cup oats into a food processor and blitz until combined2️⃣in a line baking tray flatten base and place in the freezer 3️⃣for the middle layer again place 2 tbsp of tahini,2 cups of pitted dates, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp of cacao powder, 3/4 cup of peanuts and 3 tbsp of melted coconut oil in the food processor and blitz until combined. 3️⃣smooth this layer over the base layer and return slice to the freezer 4️⃣melt 2 cups of your favourite vegan chocolate and pour over the top of the slice once it has set 5️⃣Return the slice to freezer until the chocolate is set, slice and indulge 🤗
