Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins🍌🍪 Gluten free, grain free and almost added sugar free. These are one of my favorite sweet treats to make. They are super easy and a great way to use up some old bananas! ⠀ All you have to do to make these muffins is throw all the ingredients minus the chocolate chips in a blender and pour it in a muffin tin. Top with a few chocolate chips. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes. Each muffin has around 100 calories if you make 24 of them. A lot of these calories come from the peanut butter. You could certainly get creative and come up with some ways to reduce the amount of peanut butter if you are interested in being more calorie conscious. There are other nut/seed butters that are lower calorie but more expensive. Give these a try next time you have 🍌that are about to go bad

To begin with, if you don’t mix your dressing in a separate container you’ll end up eating one salty leave, then one peppery, and then one vinegary. That’s not yummy at all and oil....oil is so important for flavor. . . You don’t have to use much. You can often use half the amount of oil a dressing recipe calls for but honestly, if you use high quality oil and eat a balanced diet I don’t see why this is bad for you. . . If you put some effort into your dressing I swear you are going to eat a lot more salad because it’s so delicious! . . 半煎半炸《五香雞肉片便當》  今天用的油量較多,以半油煎的方式將裹了醃料的雞胸肉片煎熟,煎至金黃焦香的雞肉片有點濃口,好適合微涼的天氣。  因為主菜的油量已經較多了,所以副菜部份的油量減少些,另再加顆清爽水煮蛋來均衡口味,就是很棒自製便當。  🥢便當夥伴:咖哩花椰、蒜炒紅蘿蔔醜豆、水煮Q蛋、糙米地瓜飯。  與大家分享簡易食譜:  【材料,約2~3人份】 雞胸肉 ...2塊共300g  【醃料】 醬油...約1~2小匙 太白粉...1大匙 香茅粉...1/4小匙 五香粉...1/2小匙 糖...少許  【做法】 ❶雞胸肉順紋切片(厚約0.5cm),加入全部醃料,抓勻後靜置醃20分鐘(或放冰箱醃過夜)。 ❷起一平底鍋,倒入食用油(多一些),油溫熱後將醃好的雞胸肉下鍋,以中小火煎至2面呈金黃色並全熟時起鍋。 ❸起鍋後,試下味道,如不夠鹹則撒些海鹽調味,最後再撒入黑芝麻即完成。  【料理筆記】 ♥起鍋時將雞肉放於瀝油盤瀝油,或以廚房紙巾鋪底吸油。 ♥如冰過夜,建議下鍋前先取出回溫至室溫再下鍋。  -------無關料理的自言自語-------  這2天被時間逼的好緊,連帶覺得生活中的雞毛蒜皮小事都跟著很煩...很煩。.  捷運上人擠人覺得煩、桌上堆起的工作覺得煩、一頭毛燥長髮覺得煩,就連早上切醜豆時,也覺得醜豆長的彎彎曲曲好煩....  但這些莫名的煩燥,居然在今早試吃第一口醜豆時,瞬間煙消雲散。  被燜煮過的醜豆,軟中帶脆還帶著微甜口感~真的很好吃!  上一刻還在嫌棄醜豆,下一刻醜豆居然盡釋前嫌地回饋如此暖心美味。  謝謝醜豆,讓最近內心戲太滿的貝蒂又能靜下心來往前走了。😄😄😄   #轉念之間  #全在於自己  #加油哦  ❤️❤️❤️ --------------------------------   #健康飲食  #雞胸肉  #自己煮 #料理  #食譜  #便當  #減肥  #healthyfood  #bento  #lunch  #obento  #lunchbox  #chickenbreast  #弁当  #貝蒂做便當  #healthylunch  #eatclean

Il s’agit d’une protéine, appelée royalactine, qui aide les abeilles à créer de nouvelles reines dans une colonies, mais qui, une fois utilisée in vitro, maintient les cellules souches embryonnaires à l’état pluripotent. (Dica acrescente azeitona picada. Não coloquei porque não tinha em casa) ㅤ 👩🏼‍🍳Numa tigela bata bem os ovos com fouet ou garfo e acrescente a farinha, o sal e o fermento. Despeje a metade da massa numa assadeira de 20cm untada com azeite. Coloque o recheio por cima, pressione para afundar um pouco e cubra com o restante da massa. Leve para o forno para assar em forno pré aquecido 180-200 graus por aproximadamente 30-40 minutos.

Punč s mrazom sušeným ovocím je vitamínová bomba, ktorá chutí skvelo. Recept: Vo vode povaríme celú škoricu, klinčeky, badián, pár kúskov pomaranča, 2-3 minúty. Odstavíme, pridáme čaj (čierny, zelený, alebo ovocný - podľa chuti) a necháme vylúhovať podľa potreby. Takto vzniknutý vývar precedíme a necháme ochladiť na teplotu asi 60°C. Pridáme zmes mrazom sušeného ovocia (odporúčame napríklad Ovocná vášeň 80g – mix 5 druhov, z nášho eshopu yummystore.eu). Ochladenie na 60°C je dôležité preto, aby ste zachovali všetky vitamíny z mrazom sušeného ovocia. Eat Well To Train Well 👇🏼 (Weird looking breakfast but it’s Oats mixed in with berries and almond milk on top of Greek yogurt and dark choc🍫.) ~ I am SO guilty of not doing this. I sometimes think ‘ah chill out’ and end up eating everything and anything and then don’t see the results I want to see because I’m being extremely carefree and also not eating what will benefit me for my workouts aka lots of chocolate... OR I try to be ‘healthy’ but end up not eating enough. It’s hard to find what works for you but I am going to make a conscious effort from now on to really focus on fuelling my body. I want to enjoy my workouts and give 100% each time and I can’t do this continuously without eating the right amount of food. ~ I strongly suggest finding out how many calories ‘ROUGHLY’ you should be having a day to give you a guideline if you are struggling to see progress but are doing everything you can exercise wise. It’s also handy to track on apps such as ‘MyFitnessPal’ just to get an idea of what the foods you eat actually contain...e.g. the amounts of carbs, proteins and fats you are consuming. (This doesn’t mean you always need to track but if you want to become a bit more aware of what’s in the food you are eating then this will help massively!) ~ ALSO PS. FOR ANYONE WHO AVOIDS CARBS... DO NOT. THEY ARE AMAZING. THEY GIVE YOU THE ENERGY WE NEED NOT JUST FOR WORKING OUT BUT FOR OUR DAY TO DAY LIVES IN GENERAL.
