Tricks to xmas programming: Yes we all have night out, i dont expect myself not go out and have a laugh and a drink. So i dont expect clients not to. 1. I make sure i hit my calories each day rather than being under. 2. I stick to low calorie drinks. 3. I make sure i eat at least 3 consistent meals a day and the other two alter depending if im out. 4. I go to the gym x3 to 4 a week and work on a strength program. 5. I try to hit 10,000 steps a day. 6. And i make sure i have 6 litres of water a day to stay hydrated and allow nutrients to pass through my body easier. Dont loose all you've accomplished because its xmas be smart about choices.

Tofu scramble... As you probably know by now I do ❤️ my tofu… This was so good that I had to share it with you. You could have it on toast or have it for lunch or dinner. I had it in the morning on toast then I had it at night again… 🤤 You will need: 200g Firm tofu drained and crumbled 1 Small sweet potato cubed ½ Onion chopped 2 Cups of Kale Spices: ½ tsp salt ¼  tsp garlic powder ¼  turmeric 1 tsp cumin 1. Place the sweet potato cubes in a large skillet, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer three minutes. Pour out all the water. 2. Lightly spray with olive oil and add oil and onions. Sauté on medium-high heat for seven minutes. Add the crumbled tofu, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and turmeric. Cook for five or so minutes on medium heat, stirring frequently. 3. Add the kale, top the skillet with a lid, lower the heat to simmer, and allow to steam for a few minutes or until the kale is tender. PART 2: STABILITY I'm going to jump straight into this one with examples. If someone is doing a bicep curl on a preacher and their shoulder blade moves forwards as they lower the weight down, THAT is decreasing stability in the biceps because both ends of the muscle are moving. If someone is standing up on the cables doing chest flys, and their whole body is moving backwards and forwards, THAT is reducing stability in the pecs. Now, decreasing stability CAN be used purposefully in certain situations, but if the goal is to grow muscle and load the target tissue then it's probably not going to help! I hear people reading this like "oh i don't want to grow muscle so this doesn't apply to me"... well, it does! One of the main problems with humans as we age is we lose our strength, and this reduces our mobility and ability to just 'do stuff' in general, even increases our risk factors in dying, so strength's kinda important. Guess what we need to consider to build good strength? Stability. He's always humble & genuine & ALWAYS has time for his fans. If you have ever met him.you will have a better idea of his size, he really is a huge guy. He works out seven days a week two hours per day, always improving & conducting himself as a true ambassador of our sport. He is carrying a slight injury and it's important to keep on top of these things. Was harder on my hands than his traps I think 🤕 Good job he wasn't lying down 💪 It was great catching up with him and the rest of the  @o2_gyms Team.

Te ne elenchiamo giusto qualcuno... ➡ Maggiore benessere e vitalità ➡ Più efficienza nelle attività quotidiane ➡ Aumento del metabolismo corporeo ➡ Miglioramento dell'umore ➡ Regolazione dello stimolo della fame ➡ Dieta più sopportabile perché più ricca di calorie ➡ Minor rischio di sviluppare patologie come diabete ipertensione e diabete. Questi motivi ci inducono a lavorare mettendo sempre al primo posto l'allenamento, affiancato ovviamente da un'alimentazione controllata ed equilibrata. Tieni presente che: Se perdere peso senza perdere grasso significa ingrassare, guadagnare muscoli senza guadagnare peso significa dimagrire. Le cose, se ci pensi, sono diverse. Ricorda inoltre che il cibo è anche "piacere", e rinunciare troppo spesso ai piaceri della buona tavola ti farà vivere male. Adottare invece una strategia studiata su misura è l'ideale!
