Nooooooo filter. Current ab situation and update on my life! . . I leaned out for a photo shoot at the beginning of November; so stoked with how those photos came out! . . Seth can back from deployment five days later, and it is WONDERFUL to have him home. ❤️❤️❤️ . . Currently I’m staying smaller than I was, but not trying to be super lean. Right now I’m sitting at 130#, and I feel super comfy here because I’m still strong, my run times are faster, and I’m eating pretty flexibly. . . Through the holidays, YES, I do track my macros. The only days I don’t are on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years Eve. That’s it. . . When I go to holiday parties I still choose portion control or healthy options, because I know, for me at least, the temporary pleasure of way too many treats leads to a sugar crash and guilty feelings, and the temptation to punish myself with my workouts. I’m human. I struggle with all the same things ya’ll do. But I choose, as often as I can, to not even go to that place. Fitness is just as mental as physical. . . The day or couple days after a holiday or party, I usually do a little bit extra cardio, and go back to my normal, clean eating foods. . .
