It is super important to me to stay hydrated on the gym. Instead of just standing around waiting for my next set, I will take a long drink. No I don’t have a booty implant 🙊 I work it Hard 💦 Hi Everyone 👋🏼 I hope you are having an amazing Tuesday 💞 You guys ask a lot about my booty workouts and if I had gotten implants so here is another sneak peak of how it goes down at the gym 👀 . I actually go hardcore on my glutes & I squeeze religiously! From trying many different variations, I found my progress wouldn’t be optimized if I don’t have at least 2 days per week, each day with +25 total sets of 8-10 reps at above 80% of my 1RM! . . . سلام دوستاى خوبم 👋🏼 خيلى در مورد ورزشهاى باسنم ميپرسين، دارم سعى ميكنم بيشتر بهتون نشون بدم چقدر سنگين بايد باسن كار بشه كه بدون دارو به اين برجستگى برسه. مشكل دارو زدن براى دختر اينه كه هم صداش كلفت ميشه هم بقيهء جسه اش هم از ظرافت در مياد. اگر دوستى دارين كه ميخواد باسن خوب بسازه اين و براش بفرستين كه بدونه. ساختن باسن خوش فرم و برجسته چيزى نيست كه خيلى سريع اتفاق بيافته. من هم از وزنهء 2 كيلويى شروع كردم و هفته اى ٦ بار كار كردم كه توى دو سال الان به ١٢٢ كيلوگرم وزنه زدن باسن رسيدم! 🧿 شما هم اگر واقعا باسن به اين برجسته اى ميخواين بايد هفته اى حداقل ٤ روز يك ساعت و نيم تا ٢ ساعت هر دفعه كار كنين و وزنه رو كم كم ببرين بالا.

My journey hasn’t always been easy. It’s had its ups and downs and there’s days where I rather stay in bed than go to the gym. Although it’s been a struggle, it’s been so rewarding. Here are a few tips that have helped me along the way! . . ✨Stay consistent!! Losing weight takes time. There’s no “magic” pill that’s going to make you lose weight over night, IT TAKES TIME. If you stay consistent with your goals and your workouts, you’ll notice the change! Take progress pics, because on the days that you’re down and want to give up, look at those pics and see how far you’ve come. Stay consistent and give it time! . . 🍔Eat food!!! Your body needs food to grow and your muscles need fuel! I’m eating 10x more food than I was when I first started my fitness journey. I thought food was the enemy, but I’ve learned that it’s actually your friend. Find a meal plan and stick to it, it’ll help in the long run (aka RP is the best thing ever) . . 🏋🏽‍♀️Pick up those weights! Don’t baby those light weights! Pick up the damn heavy weights and gain some muscle! Weights don’t make you bulky or manly ladies! Weights have been my best friend through all of this! Don’t be afraid of strength programs!! CrossFit has been the best thing that’s happened to me! . . 🤪Enjoy your journey!!! No one is telling you you have to look a certain way. You don’t need to be super lean, you don’t need to have big muscles.. you just need to be happy! Don’t force yourself to go to the gym when you’re tired, don’t force yourself to do cardio because you had cake the night before. Enjoy the process and do the workouts you enjoy. The gym is suppose to make you happy and show what your body is capable of, don’t make it a punishment for eating a little more than you planned. . . At the end of the day, I am damn proud of how far I’ve come. And remember “your best weight is whatever you reach when you are living the healthiest life you actually enjoy!” 💕🙌🏽 Eat those carbs and be happy!!!

Our recent 8 week challenge is complete and the first lady I want to share is the lovely, Mary. Mary has worked extremely hard at keeping her diet tight and attending PT and as many classes and possible. There was no excuses for this busy mother who is currently renovating a house and still managed to stick to the plan. Willpower, discipline and determination are the key factors here 🙌 Her goal was to tone up and to start growing a nice set of abs. And I’d say she’s definitely accomplished that! I see those abs starting to come thru nicely 👌 With a loss of 4.1kgs and 24cms across her body, on her small frame this is a huge result!! Congratulations Mary!! Do something now.❗️⚠️❗️ - I want you to think about your current life. What is it that upsets you, is there an obstacle in your way? If you’d get that out of your way, then you’d be happy?! - It won’t go like that. I always wanted more muscles. I achieved that. Am I satisfied with them and my body? No! I want more, I’ll be never satisfied! It goes for every aspect of your life, but you need to understand something. That thing can be positive, because it can be the drive to be greater and achieve more then you deserve, but that thing can also be your hell because you’’ll be never happy and satisfied. The hardest thing to pull off in life is to be happy, but never be satisfied. It sounds so simple but actually it is the hardest thing to do! - Make yourself clear how short your life is. Find something that’s so important to you, that it is truly worthy of your time. It doesn’t matter if it sounds ridiculous, funny or impossible for someone else. Find your heart and give 100% of your soul and then work for that dream. Keep on pushing and when you climb the mountain, search for bigger one, never stop! Your goal should be so high and should seems impossible to achieve it. But that will change if you start to climb. Most people never start, they are afraid of the height or of falling down! - Do not look so much for motivation, motivation won’t bring you where you want to be, it’s just a part of your way not your way! Find your passion, your soul and pour it into your work, 365 days. Don’t be pumped after this for 5 minutes and then go back to average, it all starts in your head, you must absolutely be convinced that you will do it. When you fall back down, you get up and start climbing it again. Fu*k what everybody else says, they don’t know your heart! No one knows what you can do, except yourself! - Your dad wants you to be a farmer jut like him and take over the farm one day, but you want to live in South America and swim in the Amazon!? Do it! Being a farmer will destroy you, because you know that you are not passionate about it and it was the wrong thing to do. So please, set a goal and chase it every day! - Do something now!  #thetruth 🦁

Happy Tuesday! 💕✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve been feeling so tired lately, probably due to lots of work, Christmas parties, and dark afternoons. I haven’t been to the gym in nearly a week and had to force myself out of bed this morning to go (hence the tired face 🙃👆🏼). I did it, it may have only been 25 minutes on a bike, but it had such an impact on my mood all day! Still feeling super energised! 🤸🏼‍♀️🤹🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀🏄🏼‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The moral, yes, resting is great, but I need to stop using ‘feeling tired’ as an excuse not to be active. CONFESSION ALERT! Guess what? I'm kinda weird. Also, guess what? You are, too! Hooray, we're all weird. It's because we are not all the same person, which is great. Today, I want to talk a bit about something that's been on my mind lately and that's "norms." I think the concept of norms is weird in and of itself, because how many people in the world are exactly alike? Zip. That's right. None! I have felt "different" sometimes, for liking "boyish" things, for example. I will tell you these things, because, while they are definitely not at all wrong for me to like, they sometimes are said to be "boy" things, and therefore some women don't like them - or think I am wrong for liking them. I want to abolish this thinking right now, so we can all move on with our weird @$$ lives! When I was a kid, I loved playing with toy trucks, digging in the dirt, collecting live bugs, running faster than everyone, climbing trees, wearing boy clothes sometimes, and arm wrestling. I wanted to learn to work on cars, play sports, and go camping too, but I wasn't encouraged to do these things. Sometimes I thought I was supposed to be a boy, but it was really because I wanted to do all the things the boys did, and I had the misguided idea that I shouldn't really want to do those things as a girl. Now, I love salty food, beer, (not much sweets), having direct conversations and speaking my mind (wait, is that not a woman thing?) and lifting REALLY heavy weights. Yes, I love lifting as much weight as the guys, even with my 5 foot frame and not-so-giant arms! My point is, with all the controversy out there about people simply being themselves, I want to point out that you are special, different, and weird in your own way - and so are others who don't get it and want you to be like them. I have posted some of my weird self here, doing my best to bench press the 55s and the 40s, fly the 25s, and do crazy pushups till I literally COLLAPSE! Please enjoy.
