Fat loss food 😇 - As convincing as 292,600,004 articles on google are, there really isn’t such a thing as a ‘fat loss’ food.⠀ ⠀ All food we digest contains energy, which means all foods contribute to our calorie total for the day ⚡️This isn’t a ‘bad’ thing - it’s how you survive, live your life and have the inclination to read my excessively long Instagram captions.⠀ ⠀ Fat-loss simply occurs when across time, you are eating LESS calories (energy) than you’re using through activity (such as living said life, scrolling down my captions etc.)⠀ ⠀ That being said; at the cost of actually making this tiny square useful beyond ‘lol everything ! ! !’, eating in a calorie deficit with a diet which;⠀ ⠀ 1. is relatively high in protein (to promote mostly fat-loss vs muscle loss.) 2. is fairly micronutrient dense (so you don’t feel shitty and get ill. Cus that’s not conducive for fat-loss.) 3. is still inclusive of lower protein, less filling, less micronutrient dense foods you love. Just in appropriate amounts (so you are still nailing 1 and 2, but within your deficit.) 4. is bloody sensible. Cutting your kcals stupidly low will make standing up feel as exhausting as 4 sets of deadlifts. Let alone having energy to do 4 sets of deadlifts.⠀ ⠀ There’s no universal ‘best’ food for weight loss. It’s too simplistic to say low calorie foods or whole foods are best.  #diet  #dietfood  #kitchendecoration  #whitekitchen  #mykitchen یه چندماهی بود از رژیم غذایی دور شده بودمو هرچی دلم میخاست میخوردم، سه‌ کیلو و خورده‌ایی چاق شدم. از دیروز برنامه جدید رژیممو شروع کردم. پیج دکترمم تگ میکنم رو عکس براتون. ‌ ناهارِ امروزم مرغ، نون، سیب‌زمینی، هویچ، لوبیا سبز و قارچ بود که از هر کدومش پنجاه گرمه. البته قارچ نداشتم دیگه بی‌خیالش شدم. سبزی خوردن هم که آزاده👍. ‌ البته الان اینجوری چیدم عکس بگیرم😁 منتها موقع خوردنش یه کاسه میارم همه رو از جمله آبِ مرغ رو قاطی میکنم، سهمیه‌ی نون هم توش خرد میکنم مثل تیلیتِ آبگوشت حالا نخور کِی بخور😂.لعنتی اونقدرم مزه میده و منو سیر میکنه که تا شام سیر میمونم. کلاً من عاشق غذاهایِ تیلیت کردنی‌ام😊 ۲۵/آذر/۱۳۹۷

15 mins to create this tasty AF recipe 🔥+ spot what’s missing from the final plate 🧐 it happens. — I've started to increase my seafood consumption as it's a nutrient dense source of Essential fatty acid, iodine and selenium. It's low in fat and a high complete protein source. It is easily digested and a great post workout food alongside some sweet potato zoodles. Zoodles is one of the quickest ways to cook sweea t potato. This was all cooked in one pan on a wok. ---- Ingredients. 1 tsp extra olive oil or avocado oil 1 large sweet potato Large handful of kale or other fibrous green 1 plum tomato 175 grams wild tiger prawns (I do not consume farmed fish!) 1/2 avocado ---- 1. Preheat pan to medium add 1/2 of the oil. 2. Add the spiralised sweet potato and saute for 5-10 mins until softened. 3. Add the kale and continue until softened. 4. Remove the veg from pan. 5. Add the othed 1/2 oil. Add the prawns and cook until cooked through approx 4 mins. 6. Remove from heat. 7. Vacation is over, that means goodbye sugary cocktails and hello better nutrition. I actually was pretty good at staying mostly low carb while I was away. I also didnt gain any weight which I think might be a vacation 1st! There were a few times I decided that I was going to indulge like the spiked hot cocoa and the dark chocolate hazelnut gelato, but overall I'm proud for staying on track! Lunch today is lemon turmeric egg salad with a few flackers to spread it on! I'm actually looking forward to getting back to normal because whenever I eat sugary or carby things my stomach is in knot for days!
