Перерыв на чашечку чая, после продуктового начала дня с  #yoga смотрю на свои супер-теплые #кроссовки😎 открыла почитать новости и увидела интересную  #sensation 👟✔ Технологии, как никак "шагают"🤗 Puma перевыпустит «компьютерные» кроссовки RS-Computer, которые заметно опередили своё время. Оригинальная модель была представлена в далёком 1986 году и уже тогда умела подсчитывать шаги, измерять пройденное расстояние и отслеживать сожжённые калории. Компактно уместить всю необходимую электронику в те времена не представлялось возможным, поэтому Puma RS-Computer имели внушительную выпуклость на пятке. Именно там были скрыты все датчики, а также размещался 16-контактный разъём для проводного подключения к Apple II, Commodore 64 или IBM PC. На этих компьютерах при помощи специального ПО можно было посмотреть все собранные данные о физической активности. Обновлённая модель получила практически такой же дизайн, однако для передачи данных теперь предусматривается Bluetooth и приложение RS-Computer Shoe для Android и iOS. Оно будет выполнено в ретро-стиле c восьмибитной графикой. Внутри обуви установят современный трёхосевой акселерометр и модуль памяти, способный хранить данные о тренировках в течение 30 дней. Made a complete 360 turn this year ! Looking back 2018 was one of the most fun but difficult years I’ve had. So many lessons, I’m grateful for each and every one of them. Back in Jan / Feb i had fallen off track and couldnt seem to find the dang rail roads for the longest !!! 😤😂 but i finally did!! I went from 133 to 116 and I’m back and better than ever! I feel like something must be rubbing off on my son. During dinner tonight he turned to me and said “I feel like I’ve been really unhealthy today. Can you give me a few exercises after I finish eating?” I was surprised because it came out of nowhere and he generally doesn’t ask me. He missed PE today because of an appointment so maybe he just felt like he hadn’t been active🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m not complaining though After his food settled, I had him do a small circuit. 30 seconds jumping jacks, 10 push ups and 10 crunches. I only had home do two rounds but he felt better after. That’s what I want them to understand. Exercise doesn’t just make you look good. I've talked about how important it is to have concrete goals in fitness (and life), but what should your goals be? • • Everyone has their own goals and their own path, but what I have seen a lot of is people choosing goals that are easily obtainable so there is no chance of failure. A) no one wants to fail, but that's when you learn the most valuable lessons. B) you have to challenge yourself to become better, to become the best you • • There'sa saying "shoot for the moon, if you miss you'll land among the stars." It's a stupid saying, stars are WAY farther than the moon, you would just be a floating frozen space corpse. Despite that, the essence of the saying remains true, aim high, even if you fail you're further a long than you were before

Get your NEAT up ☝🏼 NEAT stands for non-exercise activity thermogenesis, meaning all of the activities you participate in which are not classed as typical exercise, such as washing the car, walking in the shopping center or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. All of these activities add to your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and can make a significant impact on fat loss. Do you sit down idly scrolling through Instagram or Facebook on your lunch break? This time is a great opportunity to go for a walk instead. Do you always take the escalator/elevator? Try the stairs instead. Do you go through the drive through to get your coffee? Get out and walk in to get it instead. All of these small changes will contribute to increasing your daily NEAT. In order to calculate NEAT, the best way is to track steps. Someone with a sedentary job will have much less steps than someone with an active job, which can be seen through step counts. This is why it’s important to include all of the small daily changes in order to increase your steps over the course of the day. Don’t compare your steps to anyone else though, just compare them to your own. It’s completely relative to you and your lifestyle. Steps are a factor which can be periodised, meaning your step target will change according to your progress.

Kettle Bell Circuit😓 Decided to change it up and use some Kettle Bells . It definitely had me winded. . Try this 4-5 set circuit, 30-60 second break between each workout. 2-3 minute break between each set 👌 . 10 Pushups . 10 Kettle Bell Squats . 10 Laying down Kettle Bell Press . 20 sec Jump Rope . 10 reps of this ab workout with a Ball using kettle bells (killer on the abs and the shoulders) . . .
